

Food Diary: Tuesday Night Dinner - Chicken noodle soup - made with home made chicken broth, and quinoa pasta. Quinoa pasta is not SCD legal and is made with quinoa and corn flour. I don’t normally eat corn, but I’ve found if I keep to every once in a while I’m fine (like maybe once every couple of months or so). Also a tuna melt, with SCD safe tuna, colby-jack cheese, and one of my olive oil biscuits.
Wednesday night dinner - salad bar salad from the grocery store.
